We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at casuallycosplay@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges acceptance varies from case to case. Please contact via email to request an exchange. There is an exchange fee for $10. This will be asked prior to sending return label.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Enamel Pin Policies
Plating issues on the back of the pin does not affect the grading as long as it doesn't detract from the design in the front.
Grading:
A GRADE:
These will be the best quality of the pin designs. However, as they are handmade there may be minor issues. Small scratches, or nicks in the enamel, minor marks,oxidation of the enamel are common and might occur. Plating issues on the back of sides does not affect the grading as long as it doesn't detract from the design in the front.
B Grade:
These will have minor visible issues but not very noticeable overall in my opinion. These may include any pins with more visible scratching, possible small printing errors, or dents in the enamel, or minor underfilled enamel.
C Grade:
They'll have more visible noticeable issues and range from heavy scratching, large black marks/dots, more possible screen printing errors, more underfilled/overfilled enamel issue, large dents - these will vary case by case.
Preorders
By purchasing a preorder you understand the order has yet to be placed until the funds have been raised. The actual manufacturing period may take 3-6 months or longer depending on any issues arrising in the middle of the manufacturing process.
Preorders recieve the best quality first but since during preorders I cannot determine the stock in each grading range just yet the quality can range from A-B Grades but are still minor cosmetic issues if any. By preordering you will also recieve the best price for the pin.
Refunds/Returns
Preorders: Currently I will not be processing refunds on preordered pins. Preorders help raise funds to get approved for manufacturing and would be difficult to handle the process during such a window. If by chance a mistake was made during the preorder phase like duplicates or unwanted items in your checkout, refund is possible. Preorder refunds will be handled as needed.
Returns: I will accept returns within 7 days of receipt. You will be responsible for return postage, and for returning the item in resalable condition, in the original packaging. If there was anything I made in error of course I will pay shipping. Just reach out to me.
For B grade quality imperfections I will not be accepting exchanges for a different flaw. They are buy as is.
