Standard Shipping

All orders are shipped with USPS with in the U.S.. To minimize shipping costs for customers, standard shipping does include tracking. Below are typical estimated delivery windows for non-tracked postal service (not accounting for delays caused by COVID-19):

US

• $5 USD Standard Shipping includes tracking.
• FREE shipping on all domestic orders $50+ USD

International Shipping

• $9.99-$15.99 USD Standard Shipping includes tracking.
• FREE shipping on orders $100+ USD

I ship from the US. For any international orders customers are fully responsible for any import/customs taxes when receiving the goods. I do not automatically charge for VATS when you make an international order.

Shipping Upgrades

Shipping upgrades including tracking are available at checkout. The exact cost varies depending on total order weight and the shipping address. If you require a shipping option that is not presently available at checkout, please contact me before placing your order. 

Shipping Address Changes

Once an order has been placed, the original shipping information provided at checkout (including addresses and chosen delivery service) cannot be modified.

I will automatically combine orders if the name+address are the same. If you would like this not to be the case please reach out to me. If you order a preorder and a in hand item please note they will both be shipped at the same time. If you do not want this please order the items separately.

Processing Times

In-Stock Orders

Processing times are in addition to shipping time estimates. 

All in-stock orders are processed in 3-5 business days (not including weekends). This does not apply for pre-order items. Please note that I do not process orders over the weekend (Friday afternoon through Sunday) - they will be processed the following Monday.

Pre-Orders 

Processing times are in addition to shipping time estimates. 

All orders are processed in 2-3 weeks (not including weekends). Please note that I do not process orders over the weekend (Friday afternoon through Sunday) - they will be processed the following Monday. Preorder items can take 3-6 months and so on and so forth so updates will be made on my instagram.

Important Notes

• Orders with standard shipping are not guaranteed to arrive within the above estimates, nor do they provide any type of insurance.
• I am not responsible for any lost orders as a result of incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.
• I am not responsible for any unexpected delays as a result of your local postal service, natural disasters, or any other type of service interruption.

• I will see if I can see help any on my end but it will ultimately fall on you to open a case with your local postal service or USPS if this issue arises.
